The HOBY Nebraska Leadership Seminar is 100% volunteer led. All of the organizers and seminar staff volunteer their time to insure that the seminar is a truly OUTSTANDING experience for every ambassador.
To insure the safety of HOBY ambassadors, HOBY Nebraska does a background check on all seminar volunteers.
Facilitators lead small groups of ambassadors at the seminar. They are assisted by Junior Facilitators,
who are HOBY alumni.
